Ti m,
Charter doesn't have any problems with vacating the easement on the north side of the lot. We would like the proposed
pedestal location on the S.E. corner to remain as originally planned.

Hi Ed,
I just wanted to follow back up on this. Are there any outstanding issues with the relocation of these utilities and
abandonment of the easement as shown on the attached? (Also, Bozeman Fiber was mistaken and their utilities are not
in that section of easement as Greg had originally thought).
Thanks,
Tim

Tim,
N.W.E. is comfortable with this change in easement location. My construction manager, Dustin, is attached as well if you
need further approval.
Kindly,
Jacob

Hi all,
I received email confirmation from Charter and Bozeman Fiber that they are OK with the easement abandonment as
proposed for the Bozeman Design center project at Valley Commons and Boardwalk. I am following up with a refined
site plan and requesting the remaining utilities to respond whether or not they are OK with the abandonment. I still
need the following companies to respond.
• Lumen
• MT Opticom
• Northwestern ( I have done a lot of coordination with Jacob Farwell but still need an email confirmation to
satisfy the City of Bozeman)
Please respond with something similar to the following, if it is acceptable.
is OK with the release of the easement along the north line of Lot 1, Block 2 Ferguson Farm Subdivision.
Please note that with this new updated layout we are no longer moving the existing junction cans, etc at the northeast
corner of the project. We are also providing utility conduits for future connection to the existing easement that runs
along the west side of the property for ease of tying that in in the future.
Please review and let me know if you have any questions.
