Irrigation Notes:
1. All zone lateral piping is 1" 100 PSI poly unless otherwise noted on plan, (or approved equal). _
2. All zone control valve boxes with be installed no closer than 12 inches to drive and sidewalk areas. Valve boxes o
will also be installed on a 4" base of crushed gravel to prevent settling.
3. Existing Irrigation controller is a 2 wire system with decoders and will be paired with a rain/freeze sensor. The II

6. Irrigation system design is based on 35 gallons per minute at 60 psi. from existing irrigation well. Irrigation
contractor to verify location and water flow before starting work. If water supply differs from design, irrigation
contractor will modify the plan accordingly. 2
