The parking spaces for 571 cars, indicate a large increase in traffic, which adds to thealready overburdened and narrow Stucky Rd which has no sidewalks; addingcongestion and danger to local walkers, runners and bike riders. Such high densityseems inappropriate for our current narrow supporting roads.3. Agriculturally safe discharge of dewatering water from Sewer installation needs to beaddressed, as well as future storm sewer water removal since MSU's Ag Farm andother private farms depend on non-polluted, non-turbid irrigation waterdownstream from Buffalo Run's high-density development. Having continued qualityand quantity irrigation water is essential to MSU; a land grant college witheducational and experimental responsibilities to current and future producers.4. There has been no system proposed to measure and compensate MSU and otheragricultural producers for their losses if the development of Buffalo Run causes thelowering of groundwater. Installing monitoring wells before construction startswould be good for baseline information for future compensation.Thank you for considering my concerns^^Kevin HaggertySecretary Middle Creek Ditch CompanyT-1£DS^LL-!!\V.;OCT 00 2022T)EPAR1M-^- U-COMMUNITY UEVtLC:i^,i.'
