If the commission passes the requirement for paid parking downtown, the requirement should end at 5 pm and only
Monday through Friday. If it does not and extends beyond those days or times, I will not come downtown to eat or
shop as I will not pay for parking. I will gladly visit locations outside of the downtown area.
