coming downtown, and the nearby neighborhood parking would simply get more crowded. I'd recommend looking
at turning the public lots on corner of Wilson and Mendenhall and corner of Rouse and Babcock into multi-level
parking structures and keeping the 2-hour downtown parking limit. Revenue would come from the parking
structures park fees plus ticketing cars that violate the 2-hr limit.
