fillslopecorridoreasementfortheuseofconstruction,throughandacrossa25feetwidestripof
landsituatedinGallatinCounty,Montanauntilsuchtimeasconstructionoftherequiredfill
slopeiscompleteandtheassociatedroadisacceptedbytheCityofBozeman.Therequiredfill
shallremaininplaceinperpetuitytopreservethestructuralintegrityoftheroad;however,the

23,Township2 South.Range5East,PrincipalMeridian.CityofBozeman,GallatinCounty,
Montana.
TheeasementismoreparticularlydescribedontheattachedExhibit(s)B whichbythis
referencearemadeaparthereof.
TheGRANTOR warrantsthatheislawfullyseizedandpossessedoftherealproperty
describedabove,thathehasandthathewillforeverdefendthetitleofthispropertyagainstthe
claimsofallpersons.
