The GRANTOR(S)agrees:
(1)To constructand maintain the driveway and parking area attheirown expense in
accordance with relevantCity Ordinances,including,but not limitedto,snow removal
and allmajor and minor repairwork.
(2)To allow theCity tomake any and allinspectionsof thedriveway and parking area and
land appurtenanttheretoas theCity reasonablydeems necessary.
The GRANTOR(S)warrant thatthey are lawfullyseizedand possessed of thereal
propertydescribedabove,thatthey have a lawfulrightto convey theproperty,or any partof
it,and thatthey willforeverdefend thetitletothispropertyagainsttheclaimsof allpersons.

rightsand privilegeshereingrantedwithout any interruptionby the GRANTORS.The terms,
