Hello, As a nearby Sundance Springs neighbor of this proposed development, here are my comments: PARKING... PARKING... PARKING!!! MAP... MAP... MAP!!! What lessons has the City learned from the MAP Brewery experience? I love MAP Brewery, great beer, nice architecture, good food; great location. However, it'sbeen a pretty big parking mess. In MAP's location, at least there has been some opportunity to widen the road to accommodate the huge parking miscalculation, and one could make theargument that the parking mess achieves some desirable traffic calming in that location. Also, fortunately, MAP is nowhere near any residential neighborhoods, so while I'm sure theparking mess annoys Turtle Way residents, it is not otherwise directly affecting their quality of life. With Sundance Springs Phase 1B, Commercial Lot 2, if there is a similarly colossal parkingmiscalculation, there is absolutely no way / no space anywhere to accommodate it. The overflow parking will have a huge impact on all the nearby residential streets and the qualityof life of those residents. And if the larger commercial lot between Little Horse, S 3rd and Goldenstein is developed, that developer will find their lot overwhelmed by overflow parkingfrom Commercial Lot 2. Whatever use Commercial Lot 2 ends up getting permitted for, it needs to be a use that will not trigger significant parking demand. Thank you, Ted Lange4470 White Eagle Circle, Bozeman MT 59715
