At one point in time, I saw a plan to put angle spots in, change the 2 lanes in each direction to one lane in each
direction, and have a center turn lane that becomes a left turn lane at intersections. With this plan, we would more
than double parking, because of pull-in parking vs parallel parking, plus parking spots would be striped so space
would not be wasted by poor parkers.See Missoula's downtown for this type of plan. Would we then need to pay for
parking?solve traffic flow & more P spots
