These plans include the expansion of the manufacturing plant and the retail store. When completed we anticipate the addition often people to our crew. The pay scale will be in the range of $702 to $1 ()I!!I an hour for about three people and $10!!!l to $14!!!l an hour for about seven people. Obviously the financial aspects of this undertaking are daunting, (revised construction cost: $512,OOO~. We feel however, that with the addition to our crew plus the added facilities, we will be better able to serve the needs of the community while providing for the employment of ten more people. The tax incentives offered would be of great value and very much appreciated. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, ~~ Douglas R. Westlake Managing Partner
