Good morning,
The Montana Department of Transportation has reviewed the attached notice of rezoning the
property located 219 Haggerty Lane from B-2, Community Business District, to B-2M, Community
Business-Mixed District, including the accompanying adjacent right-of-way. The rezoning of 219
Haggerty Lane and the development of a mixed-use building with podium parking and small
commercial shop on the first floor and four residential floors of 1- and 2-bedroom units could impact
MDT facilities. Please have the owner contact Kyle DeMars, the Bozeman area Maintenance Chief, at
406-556-4704 about permits that may be needed for this project.
