Allison Bryan: Motion Brady Ernst: 2nd 02:30:53 Motion Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for the site plan application 21235 for the Six Range Condominiums Site Plan and move to recommend approval of the Site Plan, subject to recommended conditions and all applicable code provisions and further subject to further discussion and hopefully agreement between the developer and the Cottonwood Condominium Association concerning public access and easements and concerning the elimination of light pollution from vehicles parking on the south property boundary.
