Per information related during recent meetings on PUD repeal & PDZ replacement, can you reply toprovide more info as follows:
Submitting this multi-part Question for MORE INFO/BACKGROUND on Planned Unit Development(PUDs)
1) The code/regulations have been updated and replaced a number of times... When were PUDs firstadded to Bozeman Municipal Code?
2) It was stated that PUD flexibility was offered only for 1 thing: "more Open Space" (is this correct & wasthis only originally in the beginning)?
3) It was also shown where PUDs have occurred in Bozeman to date, and stated that these wereREQUIRED--when was this and why?

4) Chris Saunders stated recently that there 11 items that could be used for flexibility via PUD, whatare/were these 11 areas?
5) How will recently adopted PUD repeal with replacement by PDZ (Planned Development Zones) to beeffective October 23,2022 attract developers to use the PUD? [It was stated in the City Commissionmeeting that asks for the 3-4 categories of things in the past had not resulted in anyone taking up theoffers.]
