When were PUDs firstadded to Bozeman Municipal Code? 2) It was stated that PUD flexibility was offered only for 1 thing: "more Open Space" (is this correct & wasthis only originally in the beginning)? 3) It was also shown where PUDs have occurred in Bozeman to date, and stated that these wereREQUIRED--when was this and why? [It was stated in the City Commissionmeeting that asks for the 3-4 categories of things in the past had not resulted in anyone taking up theoffers.]
