It is my understanding that most people making decisions are influenced by dollars from developers.
The development happening is not respectful of people living here's wishes, nor the environment. Go on
FB groups in Bozeman and Next Door to get an understanding of how frustrated its residents are of
unfettered, sustainable insensitive development happening in this town.
Are the buildings you're OKing Green LED certified? Are you adding solar or wind? What about a
recycling.composting program? How many native trees will you plant? Have you considered watered use
bc the rivers are drying up and honestly, shouldn't be doing ANY development at all! So you need to be
sensitive to the environment and our wishes before you OK anything - and from I've seen and everyone
else, you are not doing a good job of that at all. Not to mention the expensive price these homes will be,
adding to the housing crisis. You can have a healthy town if the workers can't even afford to live here!
Think before you act, not with your wallet but with your brain and heart.
