Though a TIS will likely not be required the development review engineer assigned to the project will be the one who
grants the TIS waiver. Has the project been submitted as a concept or informal application or had a pre‐application
meeting?

Hey Griffin,
We are working on site plan project within the Smith Subdivision off of Durston. The project consists of two 4‐plex
condos, totaling 8 units. The project will generate approx. 80 trips/day. Based off the size of the project we believe a TIS
will not be required. Can you confirm a TIS will not be needed? Iv attached the plan for reference.
