So I just pulled the submittal and letter that Mel sent. It looks like she noted that you were missing narrative and
supporting exhibits for preliminary plat supplements 0 (Land Use), P (Parks and Rec.), and Q(Neighborhood Center). I
read through the narrative your provided, and it looks like these are addressed but listed as Planning Comment 1, 2 and
3. Without digging up the pre-ap letter(which I recommend also including a copy of in your preliminary plat submittal),
then this looks complete, base on the waivers that were checked on your PP1 application. I think our confusion
stemmed from your submittal organization, to avoid this confusion, I recommend organizing your submittal to match
what is required in the PLS form under Application Sets#6 "1) cover sheet/routing 2) applications and checklists 3)
narrative/responses/photographs 4)legal docs 5)plans&6) appendices& supplements." If you do not want to cover a
topic twice if the narrative response and the supplements are the same, I would recommending referencing 1 or the
other. For example "Planning Comment 1—See Supplement 0," or vice versa.
My apologies, I am happy to meet but I am booked this week. We do have open POC appointments for Friday morning
that I am covering, would you like me to book you one for 9:30am, 10am, or 10:30am?The submittal is at our front desk
waiting to be picked up and revised.

On January 4, 2018 the City Commission finally approved changes to Chapter 38 of the Bozeman Municipal Code. The
changes were effective as of March 31, 2018.

this yesterday 7/31 with no reply. I am working in the field today and the rest of the week and an trying to make your re-

not included in the application submittal or lacked sufficient detail—please see the attached memo for more

Dear Bradley,
Revisions and/or additional information must be addressed in the referenced application prior
to being accepted by the Community Development Department.The following submittal
requirements need to be included in the application:
1. Preliminary plat supplements missing from the application:
a. 0. Land use
b. P. Parks and Recreation
c. Q. Neighborhood Center plan (the photos provided are insufficient)
Information on the detail that is required to be submitted for each item is in Section
38.220.060 of the Bozeman Municipal Code.
