Here is the updated preliminary determination. Let me know when you have the irrigation demand from your LA and we can finalize.
11 Multi-family units * 0.124AF/Unit= 1.364AF
1.364AF * $6,000/AF = $8,184 + Irrigation

This site plan project recently updated due to a zoning issue. This email is a follow up with the new information.
We would like to obtain a determination of CILWR for the following project. This project (#21230) has been through Concept Review.
The project site is 1608 W. Beall St. The proposed layout is attached. The site is 0.719 Acres.
The plan is for eleven (11) townhome units. Irrigation water cannot be from an on-site well since the site is on the old Bozeman Solvent site.
Please let me know what other information you need. Thank you,

Hi Gary,
The preliminary determination is $7440 + annual irrigation demand.
10 Multi-family units * 0.124AF/Unit= 1.24AF
1.24AF * $6,000/AF = $7440
When you get the total irrigation demand from your LA I can finalize the determination.
