Contractor shall review existing conditions and apply proposed grade grades (per Civil drawings) as necessary to achieve the intent of the plan. Final grading subject to the owners representative.2. All trees shall be staked with wooden stake, tie wire, and fabric tree straps for a minimum of 2 years.12. All areas on site disturbed by construction activities not indicated on landscape plan are to be reclaimed and re-established conditions with the use of seed approved by the Landscape Designer.13.
