To whom it may concern,
HRDC’s Streamline has discussed with Pain Group the perimeters of installing a passenger
shelter for the Streamline bus stop located at North Ferguson Avenue and West Babcock Street.
This bus stop is served by the Goldline route and is expected to have increased ridership with
the development of the Six Range Project.
HRDC and the City of Bozeman have an existing agreement that all transit shelters on routes
located within city limits shall be owned, operated, maintained, and insured by HRDC. To that
end, HRDC will accept ownership, maintenance, and responsibility for the proposed shelter
after installation. HRDC maintains our shelters via a contract with an area company. Our
standard Streamline passenger shelter allows for advertising to be placed on the inside panel
with those proceeds used to maintain the shelter. All of this is agreeable to both parties and
communication regarding location of the passenger shelter will continue.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
Sincerely,
Sunshine Ross
