Ground surrounding dwellings shall slope away at
minimum 6” in 10’ (or 2% for impervious surfaces by
exception) IRC 401.3
At locations where over hanging projections (soffit)
encroach within 5' of property line, construction shall be
designed with 1hr Fire Rating per R302.1(1)
All helical piles installed according to 1810.4.11 & 1705.9
Buildings shall have approved address numbers, building
identification placed in a position that is plainly visible
from the street or road fronting the property. Then
numbers (or letters) shall be min 4" in height and min
1/2" stroke width and shall be contrasting color from
background.
Surface drainage shall be diverted to a storm sewer
conveyance or other approved point of collection that
does not create a hazard per IRC 401.3. Roofs, or similar
areas having rainwater shall flow away from the building
and away from adjoining property per UPC 1101.2.
