Transportation Board, City Staff and Comission:
Hello-
I live on Frontage Rd. with my family (wife, 3 boys, and dog). We like to
ride bikes and use the Cherry Creek trail system as a starting point. Riding on Frontage Rd is basically a death sentence right now and we are
not ever able to ride on Frontage due to the danger it poses. We access
the trails using the "burrow pit" because there is no shoulder and majority
of drivers are always speeding. My home office faces Frontage and all dayI see people walking and biking on Frontage which is very concerning. A
new path will be a safe and viable option and $400K is a small price to pay
for the safety of our community's residents. Please consider fully funding
this project and connect the valley in a safe and fun way!
