Bozeman Pilates Site Plan: The sewer main that runs east to west along the the south side of the lot within Equestrian Ln is 8-
inch Poly Vinyl Chloride per City GIS. As shown on the utility plan (sheet C2.3), there is an existing 4" sanitary sewer service
stub which extends toward the lot and is proposed to be connected for use by this building.
