What is the site plan application number? The development’s annual domestic demand falls within the existing water
rights credit associated with the property, as such no CILWR fee is required. Please provide this email as documentation
with the site plan.

Here is a preliminary determination for the project. We’ll still need to include the project’s irrigation demand if supplied
by the city’s system, but as it stands the existing credit should cover the project’s annual demand.

PNW but the Seattle traffic is not one of them.
Yea I’ve taken over most the day-to-day CILWR determinations from Brian. So a CILWR payment was made
with Baxter Meadows Phase 2A, attached is the record for the payment. Based the record Lot 5 has a CILWR
volume credit of 0.928 AF [(12,375 SF *22.57gal/sf) / 325,851gal/AF = 0.928AF].

Let me know when you have submitted the site plan or have the project details defined (square-footage for
each use and/or residential unit count) and we can work through the CILWR determination for the project.
Please provide this email with the site plan application to satisfy Planning submittal requirement.

I hope you have been well! I recently started working with WGM Group in Bozeman after spending the last
year and a half with a company based out of Seattle. Excited to be working back in the valley after a brief
hiatus.
I hear you are leading the water rights efforts these days, congrats! I was hoping you could provide some
background information on water rights for Baxter Meadows Phase 2A. We are working on a site plan
application for a mixed use building located on Lot 5, Block 16 (plat attached) and am curious if any payments
were made during the platting process? If not, could you please provide us with an estimate for CILWR that
we can include with our site plan application?
