Dean Burges, a representative of the developer, provided a brief secondary applicant presentation and answered questions posed by the board related to architecture. 01:09:27 Motion Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for site plan application 21479 for the Autumn Grove Condominium and move to recommend approval of the site plan, subject to recommended conditions and all applicable code provisions.
