Commissioners:
My name is Andrew Sullivan (4210 Morning Sun Dr, Bozeman MT 59715) and I am writing for approval of
the Bozeman Legion Hitting Facility with the requested agency exemptions. My son is currently 12 years old
and has been involved with Bozeman Baseball for the past five years and I have coached Bozeman Baseball
teams for the past 4 years. Baseball has taught him and many other young players the value of hard work,
sportsmanship and importance of team work.
Baseball is a uniquely difficult sport to play year round in Montana. Having an indoor facility would allow
both the all comers recreational players and the more committed all-star and Legions players an ability to
start their seasons sooner. This would greatly increase the quality of play and instruction in this community.
