My son is 13 years old, he has been in Bozeman Baseball beginning with the youngest group in T ball. I have
served 2 years on the Bozeman Baseball Board. This season the 12U All Star program had great success in
the Pacific Northwest Regional Tournament. The boys are beginning to see some success and are seeing
what it takes to play in a competitive atmosphere. I know the boys would love to be able to continue
growing in the sport they love and be able to utilize the Indoor Practice Facility. It would give them a
rallying center to spend quality time with their friends and teammates, all while being coached by
competent baseball coaches. The year-round facility will aid them moving forward towards being goal
driven and them having a real chance of seeing all their efforts result in personal and team successes. I have
great respect for the Legion Baseball Program's abilities to create great civic-minded and respectable adults
when the athletics end and citizenship begins.
