Good morning,
This is regarding the Bucks indoor facility, which is on the agenda for tonight (8/16). This facility would be
tremendous benefit to the program and the players' development. Our family has been involved in
Bozeman baseball since my son was in t-ball and I have coached many of those years. My son now plays for
the Bucks and we have great respect for the program. In order to be competitive, players need to train
year-round. Given our climate and current available facility, this is not possible for much of the year.
Currently, the team is limited to small warehouses or using school gyms, which both present significant
limitations on what can be accomplished. Having a facility where they can train without worrying about
damaging a gymnasium or being limited to working in small groups would be a huge step forward for both
individual player development and the program as a whole. Additionally, having the facility next to the
current field offers flexibility throughout the year and keeps the program's activities in one location.
