Dear Commissioners,
I am writing as a parent of the baseball player. My son has been playing baseball for 7 years with Bozeman
Baseball and recently earned a position on the Bucks C Team. Since day one as a Buck, my son has been
held to standards of integrity, respect and responsibility that are embedded in the program.
As a parent and educator in the community, I fully support the construction of the indoor baseball facility.
The impact on kids and the community would be nothing but positive - healthy activity year round, team-
building, cooperation, building of character, and a way to connect with others.
This facility will support the current Bucks baseball players in their growth as young athletes. Additionally,
the facility has the potential to support athletes city-wide. The Bucks program works closely with Bozeman
baseball - a program for athletes from kindergarten through high school. I've witnessed the collaboration of
these two programs as I have a 6 year old ball player as well. The impact of this facility will be far reaching
and widespread in the Bozeman community. Please support and approve this building project.
