bozeman has many desirable projects..
please assemble all in one place, choose and budget..
no family or city can have everything it wants..
at the moment i react to
shelter for homeless and gall co rest home
similar needs..
but i could think of develoment: streets, swim pool, law and justice..
then find a just way to tax for the total budgeted amt.
as a retired person with low income i ask, why property tax?
tax those who are using the new services
and those profiting from development,
tax development for all its costs, streets etc
and tax the developers, income taxes..
forgive my too hasty note, didn't have time to write short.
