1. you tax to to manage trees and are increasing the tax.
2. there are no trees in the graf addition where i live, what do i get? i like the trees on wilson and willingly
contribute.. as i do to many voluntary charities..
3. i object though to contributing to trees of new developments.. developers/contractors etc building here
should pay in full for their costs: trees, sidewalks, streets, parks etc.. they should not be given variances to
save themselves and purchasers cash nor subsidies such as you give..
4. my lot is ~ 0.5 acre.. thus i pay lots more than your 'typical' estimates. why? i am a not-wealthy
pensioner.. i have the large lot because i have saved/paid for this luxury [and parklike contribution to my
neighborhood]. you are not taxing others for luxuries these chose: fancy cars, meals out, snow machines,
four wheelers.. Just?
5. i will add that the value of my home and lot is being reduced because you are softening your zoning.. R1
houses in our division are being used by as many as 5-6 separate students.. charming, and generous 'on
your part', but not consistent with your contract [zoning] on which i based my investment decision. Is this
just?
