F) 00:07:47 FYI/Discussion  Strategic Services Director Jon Henderson provided an FYI that during the formal budget adoption the Bozeman City Commission added an amendment to support additional funding to explore alternative energy sources.  Strategic Services Director Jon Henderson provided an FYI that contracts have been procured and approved for both the Gallatin Valley Sensitive Lands study and the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory.  Sustainability Advisory Board Chair Emma Bode provided FYI’s that the state of Montana recently adopted the updated building code and that the Public Service Commission proposed a new rule about engagement that could prevent organizations and businesses from participating in meetings. Unified Development Code Presentation  Community Development Manager Chris Saunders presented on the Unified Development Code overhaul. The board followed up with questions and discussion.
