Dear Commissioners,
I would like to voice my support for Emergency Resolution 5439 authorizing the City
Manager to waive the bidding process for swim center repairs. This will allow a
qualified contractor to be hired and begin work on a shorter timeline, which I believe is
a very important priority for the Bozeman Community.
