providetelephone,electricpower,gas,internet,cabletelevisionor othersimilarutilityorservice,
therighttothejointuse ofan easement fortheconstruction,maintenance,repair,and removal of
theirlinesand otherfacilitics,in,through,and acrossa stripof landsituatedinGallatinCounty,

theofficeofCounty Clerkand Recorder of GallatinCounty,Montana on Aprill6,1938,
saidstripof landbeing particularlydescribedas follows,to-wit:Beginning atthe
SoutheastcornerofsaidLot 3;thenceNorth along theEastlineofsaidLots3,2.and 1to
theNortheastcornerofsaidLot 1;thenceEast6 feet;thenceSouth paralleltotheEast
lineof saidlotsa distanceof 75 feet;thenceWest a distanceof6 feettothepointof

The GRANTOR furtheragreesthattheGRANTEE may peaceablyhold and enjoythe
rightsand privilegeshereingrantedwithoutany interruptionby theGRANTOR.
