Comments relating to Application #22146 A Neighborhood Certificate of Appropriateness (NCOA) Application Project Name:614 S. 6th Avenue Application: 22146 To: City of Bozeman Department of Community Development Att: Claire Morrison From: Serena and David Mercer- Abutting owners Deed 2479998 610 S. 6th Avenue in Bozeman Montana Park Addition, S12, TO2 S, RO5 E, Block 42, Lots 19-20.. Claire Morrison. Because surveys in the Park Addition have uncovered discrepancies in fence locations and property lines of approximately two feet, we are concerned that improvements on Lots 17-18 may be encroaching upon the southern property line of our Lot 19. Application #22146 at 614 S. 6th Avenue, Park Addition, S12, T02 S, R05 E, Block 42, Lots17-18 does not include a plan view of the property boundaries relative to the proposed and existing improvements. Without an overlay of the setbacks and improvements upon a signed and sealed site survey, the application is incomplete and in non-compliance, and must be denied. It is imperative that the application be denied/rejected because it is incomplete. The signed survey is imperative to ensure there are no encroachments. Thank you. Serena and David Mercer
