Good Evening,
In regards to the Resolution No. 5406
I have lived in Bozeman for 22 years on Cleveland Street which is in the Capitol Hill district and also happens
to be the highest taxed neighborhood in the city limits and have been paying this tree maintenance tax that
long. These Tree'd Streets are bringing premium prices in home values yet I have never in my 22 years seen
any tree maintenance done. The trees on my street between Willson and 5th are ALL damaged. The city
does come by in the spring after a heavy snow and remove branches that have fallen but does NOTHING
about the broken branches that are left hanging to die and in turn damage the tree's health over time.
Please address the oldest neighborhoods and trees in need FIRST when you pass this less than productive
aspect of my tax. Thank You
