Box 1230 Bozeman, MT 59771-1230 Re: PUD Parking Site Plan Conceptual Review Application MMI#: 6883.001 Dear Brian: Attached is one digital copy of the PUD Parking Site Plan Conceptual Review Application. This parking lot is designed to occupy Block 3 of Phase 2 of the Bozeman Gateway Subdivision P.U.D. This parking lot will add supplemental parking to the developments within the Bozeman Gateway Subdivision. Construction is anticipated to begin July of 2022, in the hopes to finish prior to construction of the Texas Roadhouse to the North. The parking lot provides 152 parking spaces, with 4 of them being ADA accessible. This parking area covers approximately 1.62 acres and has a walking path connecting developments to the North and South. Islands will be irrigated, have trees and shrubbery, and the parking lot will be well lit. The site does not have any special requirements to protect the public health, safety, and general welfare.
