NOW THEREFORE,I,Gregory S.Sullivan,pursuanttomy authorityas cityattomey fortheCity of Bozeman,Montana,and my authorityas Trustee under the aforementioned Deed of Trust, declaretheDeed RestrictionAgreement and thePromissory Note tobe fullysatisfiedand no longer of any force or effect,and thatthe restrictionsof said Deed RestrictionAgreement are hereby terminated.
