What is a Growth Policy?
•76-1-103, Mont Code Ann., a comprehensive
development plan, master plan, or comprehensive plan
that was adopted pursuant to this chapter…
•A growth policy is an official public document adopted
and used by Montana cities, towns, and counties as a
guide for making decisions about their future, particularly
with regards to land use.
