I live at 3826 Spruce Meadow Drive, quite near the proposed development area at W. Babcock and
Ferguson. I frequently walk by there on my way to and from Valley West Park, a park I love. I was hoping
the area proposed for this "high-rise" (compared to buildings nearby) development would be left, instead
as a green area. Esthetically, this will cut off valued views of the mountains to the south and west and make
the area feel claustrophobic with blocked views, more traffic, and more noise. Most especially with climate
change, I feel we need more green areas for carbon-sequestering trees and plants and for the
mental/emotional health of the citizens of Bozeman. Please don't let this development go through! Thank
you.
