There should be screening on the southern and western sides of the Six Range project provided and maintained by Six Range. The project abuts two sides of CT Condos and each side should have screening from Six Range. The western boundary of Six Range abuts CT property which runs along the eastern side of S. Hanley. CT Condo land is a strip of ground including grass and a retention pond closest to W. Babcock. The screening would provide relief to those on Slough Creek Drive and on the ends of Stillwater and S. Hanley closest to Six Range. Screening is defined in the Bozeman Regulations as : “Screening. A method of visually shielding or obscuring an abutting or nearby structure or use from another through the use of solid or nearly solid barriers (eg: wall, fence, planting berms)” Please make sure that the western side of Six Range is screened by Six Range with a solid or nearly solid barrier.
