Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Dear Lynn, I am attaching documents that are not confidential and have been released to all 155 CT Condo owners. The issuerevolves around the testimony Mr Paine made in the meeting on his application offering a berm and his suggestingthat CT condo refused to negotiate. To clarify the entire matter I have attached Rabb Law Firms letter, AlanahGriffith’s response on CT Condos ’s behalf and President of the HOA Board Mickey Smotherman’s note to allcondo owners. I want this exchange to be on the record and part of the responses before the August deadline for comments. I feelthat Mr Paine painted CT Condos in a bad light and the truth of the situation was never revealed at the meeting. Infact, the Condo association cannot legally grant Mr Paine an easement according to our lawyer, and we did notrefuse to negotiate, we just could not. Charlotte Cleveland
