I live on Sweetgrass Ave. The plan to extend Fowler through very established neighborhoods
feels very disgusting. Putting roads over neighborhoods because some hotel owner wantsdirect access to across town travel is not the kind of city we want to live in.
The west side does not include interconnected trails that provide habitat and nature walking
the way the south and east side of Bozeman do. I just had my yard certified as a wildlifehabitat because we value plants, trees, and animals over grass and manicured lawns. The city
just put in place water conservation efforts and yet wants to culvert a 100 year old streamrunning through our neighborhood. How does any of that align? Please consider no roads and
instead create a nature walking corridor for pedestrians and nikes that enhances nature andhabitat spaces for wildlife. Let's plant fruit trees and bushes that nature walks can take
advantage of.
