There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that
item but you may only speak once. Please note, the Board cannot take action on any item which

STRATEGIC PLAN:7.3 Best Practices, Creativity & Foresight: Utilize best practices, innovative
approaches, and constantly anticipate new directions and changes relevant

BACKGROUND:The Administrative Review Board serves as a secondary level of appeal. The
Board can overturn or uphold the Economic Development Program
Manager's decision on an appeal case. Please review the attached evidence
of the case.

Hello,
I received a parking citation on 4/5 while parked on Alderson on the side of my house at 701 S 6th Ave. I had
recently sold two vehicles that are currently registered with the BZN Parking Commission and had picked up
this used vehicle from Gallatin Subaru over the prior weekend. I had to clean out my garage to make room for
the vehicle so that I could park it there while waiting to get the temp tag and subsequently registering the
vehicle with Gallatin County.
I appealed the ticket and was denied.
May I please have a hearing with BZN Parking Commission to review this situation. Again, I have two vehicles
recently sold that are registered now, just had not registered this one yet for reasons described above. I pay my
fair share of taxes in Bozeman as owner of this home and a commercial building.
