The City has enhanced our project intake process and will now be receiving all project submittals –
New and Revisions, through ProjectDox. As a result of this transition in process, response times to

Dear Ms. Hyde: As the owner of four properties adjacent to the proposed Six Range West Condo development, Ihave significant concerns about the scale of this project. The height of the buildings and the density
of the project are not compatible with the surrounding quiet neighborhood of mostly one and twostory single family and condo units. In addition, the added traffic on Babcock is an issue of concern.
Please require the developers to modify the plans for the project so they are more in keeping with thecurrent character of the neighborhood.
