I am very against the proposed development at Ferguson and West Babcock. First of all, both streets
already have a lot of traffic. Secondly, the building plan is too dense. What about adequate parking? Thirdly,
the developer mentions how we have to get used to high buildings. I hate that idea. Once those units are in
place, they are there perhaps forever. I don't like to have the mountain views obstructed. That's why we
live here.
All in all, this concept is dreadful.
