There are three conditions for the approval of this Subdivision:
1) Amended Sid Waiver filed. The SID Waiver has been amended, notarized, signed, and
filed with the County Clerk.
2) Public easement filed. The Easement requested by the city has been signed, notarized,
and filed with the City of Bozeman.
3) Utilities: It was requested we move either the gas or water line to create more distance
between utilities. We will be moving the gas lines on both Lot 4B - 1 and Lot 4B – 2 in
order to set the gas lines in proper alignment for the new gas meters on the new
structures. This movement will allow for the proper distance between utilities.
