To whom it may concern,
Hi, my name is Linda Breeden and my address is 4233 Palisade Drive in the CT
Condo complex. My back patio faces the Six Range Project to the north and I
am very concerned that if there is NOT a BERM or other PRIVACY FENCING,
that this will be a huge issue with headlights, noise, foliage cleanup, and foot
traffic coming from this project. Trees and shrubs DO NOT provide the privacy
that our neighborhood deserves, and could be a huge issue with the
maintenance of these trees and shrubs.
