HomeMy WebLinkAbout22- Amendment 1 - PSA with HRDC - Community Housing Services FIRST Amendment to Professional Services Agreement for Community Housing Program Services FY 2021 – FY 2022 Page 1 of 3 FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR __Community Housing Program Services__ dated __July 6, 2020__ (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this _31st_ day of __January__, 2022, by and between the CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, a self governing municipal corporation organized and existing under its Charter and the laws of the State of Montana, 121 North Rouse Street, Bozeman, Montana, with a mailing address of PO Box 1230, Bozeman, MT 59771, hereinafter referred to as “City,” and __Human Resource Development Council of District IX__, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor.” In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the receipt and sufficiency whereof being hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. Scope of Services Amended: The scope of services is amended to include additional services as defined in Exhibit “B” attached hereto. 2. Agreement still valid. HRDC’s Community Development Director (CDD) works closely with City staff to provide additional capacity regarding affordable housing best practices and updated program guidance. The CDD helps staff to respond to inquiries from developers of subsidized and market rate housing, provides technical assistance to housing developers and non-profits, and assists citizens seeking affordable housing resources with information and access to services. The CDD also works to build a more sustainable community by focusing on the relationships between affordable housing, economic and workforce development, and transportation systems within the city.
