HomeMy WebLinkAbout22- Amendment 1 - PSA with Hydrologistics - Irrigation Maintenance First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Irrigation Maintenance Services Zone 1 Page 1 of 2 FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR Parks and Trails District Irrigation Maintenance Services Zone 1 dated March 23, 2021 (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this _____ day of ____________, 2022, by and between the CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, a self governing municipal corporation organized and existing under its Charter and the laws of the State of Montana, 121 North Rouse Street, Bozeman, Montana, with a mailing address of PO Box 1230, Bozeman, MT 59771, hereinafter referred to as “City,” and Hydro Logistics Irrigation LLC., 499 Hylite View Dr., Bozeman MT 59771, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor.” In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the receipt and sufficiency whereof being hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. Extension of Term. Section 31 Professional Services Agreement between the City and Contractor dated March 23, 2021 (the Agreement) is extended for an additional one (1) year period. The Agreement shall terminate on March 23, 2023. 2. Agreement still valid.
