Ron Gordon, 8 slough Creek Road, Bozeman and I have input/comments for the proposed SixRange West Side Condos. First I live across from the vacant lot which I was originally told would be built with Patio homes by Ken LeClair which now is obviously not true. We would have not bought propertynext to a tall apartment/condo complex which would ruin our view of the mountains and would a large mass of people right across the street from us an probably impinge on ourproperty by walkings dogs and kids in our CT Condo private park. The reason I oppose the building of Six Range west Side Condos is: 1. Extremely dense environment it will build2. Increased traffic in our condo complex due the increased cars and people 3. Increased night light (no longer dark skys), headlights 24x7 and uncontrollable noise bythe increased number of people 4. Cars using our condo streets for access and short cuts5; Parking area lights on all night shining in our windows 6. ContructionBlocks our current views7. Previously the builder presented facts in joint meeting was were not true. Cannot trust builder to do what they are saying8. Depending on tenants, this could become a heath hazard with trash issues and general cleanliness as happens with large single closed environments So generally I am totally opposed to Six Range and feel the city, LeClare, and the proposeddevelopers are only in it for the money and don't care about people and environment of those that bought into an idea when they purchased their houses and their dreams and futures are allgone.
